Rural areas face lot of unemployment due to lack of skills. Towards bringing parity in the society the Trust promotes Skill development, especially in remote areas. The process of Skill Development essentially aims at reviving traditional skills which though present in the environment need to be brushed up to achieve viability.
The trust aims at transforming the lives of the under privileged through Skill Development in traditional fields like promoting Medicinal Plants, Floriculture, Fruit Canning , Pickling and Organic Fruits & Vegetables etc. These Skill Development initiatives apart from providing a means of livelihood also lead to overall improvement of quality of life.
